Food and safety quality assurance are integral to the production of all foods. Moka Foods is accredited with the food safety program - Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP)

Very strict principles, guidelines and policies are in place and are audited bi-annually to ensure that the prescribed and revised food laws, occupational health and safety laws are all being met.

In addition to the commitment to food safety and hygiene, the staff is trained and qualified to nationally accredited Food Hygiene Handlers Level 1 standard.
